摘　　要：科技期刊通过组织学术会议可促进学术交流、塑造期刊品牌形象、提升其影响力。图片直播具有视觉优势效应、及时共享等传播特点,且技术门槛低、性价比高、易用性强、应用场景丰富,适合科技期刊编辑部使用。本文首先分析了科技期刊组织学术会议采用图片直播的优势,然后以《暨南大学学报(自然科学与医学版)》开展的学术会议图片直播活动为例,总结了从软件选择、平台搭建,以及会前筹备、会中协作和会后评估的全过程管理经验,最后针对实施过程中的体验提出了做好学术会议图片直播工作的几点思考:增加“二次传播”,延伸传播链条;组合多种传播模式,丰富传播内容;规避信息传播过程中可能涉及的风险。Scientific and technical periodicals can promote academic exchanges,shape the brand of the periodical,and enhance its influence by organizing academic conferences.The technology of photo live streaming not only has visual advantages,the characteristic of timely sharing,and other communication features,but also has low technical barriers,high costeffectiveness,strong usability,and rich application scenarios,making it suitable for use by the editorial departments of scientific and technological periodicals.This paper first analyzes the advantages of scientific and technological periodicals organizing academic conferences using photo live streaming;then,taking the academic conference with photo live streaming carried out by the Journal of Jinan University(Natural Science and Medical Edition)as an example,it summarizes the whole process management experience from software selection,platform construction,and preconference preparation to in-conference collaboration and postconference evaluation;finally,it puts forward some thoughts on the photo live streaming of academic conferences in the implementation process:to increase the“secondary dissemination”to extend the dissemination chain,to combine various dissemination modes to enrich the dissemination content,and to avoid the risks that may be involved in the information dissemination process,etc.
