摘　　要：近年来,国家层面出台了一系列政策,明确了学术期刊引领学术的使命,同时也指明了学术期刊高质量发展的路径,但仍有大量普通科技期刊(简称普通期刊)还将自己定位在旁观者的角色。在一流期刊建设背景下,尽管普通期刊面临一些实际困难,但仍应寻找突破口,探索引领学术的策略。普通期刊可以在特色、优势学科,新兴交叉学科,指南、共识、建议及其解读,差异化引领方向等方面着力发挥引领作用。普通期刊引领学术的策略包括提升编辑的学术引领能力、发挥学术共同体的作用、重视科企合作、重视传播力建设等。In recent years,a series of policies have been issued at the national level,which clarify the mission of academic journals to lead academics,and at the same time point out the path of highquality development of academic journals,but there are still a large number of general sci-tech journals(referred to as general periodicals)positioned themselves as bystanders.Under the background of the construction of the first-class periodicals,general periodicals,although facing some practical difficulties,should look for a way out to lead academics.General periodicals can play a leading role in several aspects,such as characteristic and advantageous disciplines,emerging interdisciplinary areas,guidelines,consensus,recommendations and their interpretation,and differentiated leadship,through the following suggested strategies,including enhancing the editors’ability to lead academics,playing the role of academic community,attaching importance to the cooperation between science and enterprises,and emphasizing construction of communication ability,etc.
