固溶时效温度对17-4PH组织和硬度的影响

摘  要:为研究17-4PH马氏体不锈钢的组织和硬度,通过对材料进行980~1100℃1 h固溶水冷处理、430~580℃4 h时效处理并采用水冷冷却、金相组织观察及硬度检测,研究固溶时效温度对17-4PH组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:在1040℃固溶后,奥氏体晶粒大小较均匀,熔入碳化物最充分,硬度最高;在不同的时效温度下,不锈钢硬度呈现先升高后降低趋势,并在490℃附近出现硬度最高值。可见:17-4PH马氏体不锈钢1040℃固溶+490℃时效可以达到最佳硬度值。In order to study the structure and hardness of 17-4PH martensitic stainless steel,the effect of solid solution aging temperature on the organisation and hardness of 17-4PH was investigated by subjecting the material to 1h solid solution water-cooling treatment from 980℃to 1100℃,4h aging treatment from 430℃to 580℃with water-cooled cooling,metallographic organisation observation and hardness testing.The results show that after 1040℃solid solution,the austenite grain size is relatively uniform,the fusion carbide is the most complete,and the hardness is the highest;at different ageing temperatures,the hardness of stainless steel shows a tendency to rise first and then decrease,and the highest hardness value appears near 490℃.It can be seen that 17-4PH martensitic stainless steel 1040℃solid solution+490℃ageing can achieve the best hardness value.
