摘 要:铰链四杆机构可实现多种运动的变换,在仿生机械、智能装备等领域具有广阔的应用前景。针对当前铰链四杆机构可视化分析平台侧重运动线图绘制的局限,探索MATLAB软件图形用户界面App Designer功能在铰链四杆机构运动分析中的应用。通过开发一套多功能铰链四杆机构运动分析平台,研究交互式参数设计与机构运动动态演示的实现方法,实现了四杆机构轨迹特性、急回特性等多项运动性能的定量与定性分析。多项运动性能的分析结果以图形或动画的形式展现,包括连杆曲线的生成过程、极位构型、运动线图等。该平台有助于建立机构设计参数与多项运动特性的关系,明确行程速度变化系数、极位夹角等指标对急回程度的影响,为复杂机械结构的创新设计奠定基础。Four-bar linkages are able to achieve transitions between various kinematic behaviors,demonstrating great potentials in designing bio-inspired machines and smart devices.Considering the limitation of current simulation platforms of four-bar linkages that mainly focus on displaying kinematic plots,this paper explores the graphical user interface(GUI)App Designer from MATLAB in analyzing kinematic properties of four-bar linkages.By developing a multi-functional simulation platform for kinematic analysis of four-bar linkages,the platform provides interactive experience on parameter design and dynamic display of motion,and analyzes qualitatively and quantitively on multiple kinematic properties,including trajectory property and quick-return property.Multiple analytical results are provided in graphics or movies,including the trajectory generation for points on the coupler,the posture of imbalance positions,and kinematic plots.This platform facilitates the establishment of relationships between institutional design parameters and multiple motion characteristics,elucidating the influence of indicators such as the coefficient of variation in stroke speed and the angle between extreme positions on the degree of quick return,thereby laying the foundation for innovative design in complex mechanical structures.
