数据挖掘分析中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎用药规律

摘　　要：目的运用中医传承辅助平台(V 3.0)对中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床文献进行数据挖掘,总结用药规律,为临床治疗提供新思路。方法通过检索中国知网获取中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的相关文献,利用中医传承辅助平台进行药物频次、四气五味、功效归经的统计和分析,并进行关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果在425首处方中,共使用了239味中药,总频次为4841次,频数≥50的药物有28味。药性以温、寒、平为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,主要归脾、胃、肺、肝经。用药以补虚药频次最高。得到了22个药物组,6类聚类方。结论中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎以健脾益气、疏肝理气、活血化瘀为主要治则。Objective The Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V 3.0)was used to conduct data mining on the clinical literature on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)by TCM,to summarize the medication rules,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods The China Knowledge Network was searched to obtain the relevant literature on the treatment of CAG by TCM,and the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform was used to carry out the statistics and analysis of drug frequency,four qi and five flavours,and efficacy attribution,as well as the association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results Among the 425 prescriptions,239 Chinese medicines were used,with a total frequency of 4841 times,and 28 medicines with a frequency≥50.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold and mild,and the medicinal flavours were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,which were mainly attributed to the spleen,stomach,lung and liver meridians.The highest frequency of medicines was used to supplement deficiency.Twenty-two groups of drug groups were obtained,with six categories of clustered formulae.Conclusion TCM in the treatment of CAG is mainly based on strengthening the spleen,tonifying the liver,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the main treatment principle.
