辨证饮食与醒脾养儿颗粒及黄连素治疗小儿急性肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨辨证饮食与醒脾养儿颗粒及黄连素合用治疗急性肠炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取100例急性肠炎患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组50例。所有患儿均予以常规治疗,对照组增用黄连素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用醒脾养儿颗粒,并采取辨证饮食治疗,比较2组主要症状消退时间与住院总时长、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、中医证候积分与总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组主要症状消退时间与住院总时长均短于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平低于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在急性肠炎患儿的治疗过程中,辨证饮食与醒脾养儿颗粒及黄连素合用具有较好的治疗效果,能够促进主要症状的改善,降低炎症因子水平与中医证候积分,缩短住院时长。Objective To explore the clinical value of syndrome differentiation diet combined with Xingpi Yanger granules and berberine in the treatment of acute enteritis in children.Methods A total of 100 children with acute enteritis were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.All the children were given routine treatment,the control group was treated with berberine,and the observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation diet combined with Xingpi Yanger granules on the basis of the control group.The main symptom resolution time,total length of hospital stay,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),TCM syndrome score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The main symptom resolution time and total length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 were lower than those in the control group,the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute enteritis in children,syndrome differentiation diet combined with Xingpi Yanger granules and berberine has a good therapeutic effect,can promote the improvement of the main symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores,and shorten the length of hospitalization.
