基于数据挖掘探讨名中医治疗更年期综合征寒热错杂证用药规律

摘　　要：目的探究名中医治疗更年期综合征寒热错杂证用药规律。方法收集中国知网、《中国现代名中医医案精粹》符合标准的医案及文献,医案信息建立Excel数据库,借助R语言分析用药性味归经、关联规则和聚类。结果共收集70首有效方剂,173味中药,14味使用频次>20的中药,当归、白芍、甘草、淫羊藿、白术位居前5,药性以平、温、微寒为主,药味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经以肝、肾、心、脾为主,关联规则分析得到药对牡蛎-龙骨-仙茅-淫羊藿、知母-黄柏具有高支持度及置信度,层次聚类为6聚类,常用方为二至丸、六味地黄丸、生脉散、二仙汤、小柴胡汤、桂枝汤。结论常用方辨证加减疗效肯定、对应病机明确,可为临床辨治此病证提供一定参考。Objective To explore the medication rules of prestigious doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intermingled cold and heat syndrome of menopausal syndrome.Methods CNKI and Essence of Modern Chinese Medicine Medical Cases were collected to meet the standards,and the medical case information was established in an Excel database.The traditional Chinese medicine four qi and five flavor attribution,channel tropism attribution,association rules and clustering were analyzed with the help of R language.Results A total of 70 effective formulas were collected with 173 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,14 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency more than 20.Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,epimedium and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz ranked the top five.The medicinal properties were mainly mild,warm and slightly cold,the medicinal flavors was mainly sweet,spicy and bitter.Most of them entered into the liver,kidney,heart and spleen.Association rule analysis showed that the drug had high support and confidence for oyster-keel,Cymbidium-Epimedium,cicampus-Phellodendron.The hierarchical clustering was 6 clusters,and the commonly used formulas were Erzhi pill,Liuwei Dihuang pills,Guipi pills,Shengmai powder,Erxian decoction,Xiaochaihu decoction and Guizhi decoction.Conclusion The efficacy of the commonly used differentiation is affirmative,and the corresponding pathogenesis is clear,which can provide a certain reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of this disease.
