摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗高血压性眩晕的选穴规律,以期为临床选穴提供理论依据。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普期刊数据库2010年1月1日—2023年9月所有针灸治疗高血压性眩晕的临床随机对照试验研究。用Microsoft Excel 2021建立数据库并进行描述分析,用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件和SPSS modeler18.0软件(Apriori算法)进行聚类、关联分析。结果共纳入70篇文献,涉及腧穴65个,总腧穴应用频次为388次。腧穴应用频次最高为太冲。经脉出现频次最高为足阳明胃经。特定穴以原穴应用频次最多。对文献应用频次≥5的腧穴进行关联链接分析,以太冲-曲池配穴应用最多。对应用频次≥10的腧穴进行关联规则分析,支持度最高的为太冲-曲池。对应用频次≥10的腧穴进行聚类分析,显示可分为4类。结论针灸治疗高血压性眩晕的临床选穴具有一定规律性,可为临床上针灸治疗选穴提供参考。Objective To explore the point selection rule of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical point selection.Methods All clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo from January 1,2010 to September 2023 were collected.Microsoft Excel 2021 was used to establish the database,and the description analysis was carried out.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software and SPSS Model 18.0 software(Apriori algorithm)were used for cluster and association analysis.Results A total of 70 literatures were included,involving 65 acupoints,and the frequency of application of acupoints was 388 times.The point with the highest frequency of application is Taichong(LR3).The most frequent meridian was the stomach channel of foot Yangming.The application frequency of the original point is the most.The correlation analysis of acupoints with the application frequency of original acupoints was carried out on the acupoints with the application frequency≥5 in the literature,and the combination of Taichong(LR3)-Quchi(LI11)was the most applied.The highest degree of support for association rule analysis of acupoints with application frequency≥10 is Taichong(LR3)and Quchi(LI11),respectively.The clustering analysis of acupoints with application frequency≥10 shows that they can be divided into 4 categories.Conclusion The clinical point selection of acupuncture in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo has certain regularity,which can provide reference for clinical acupuncture point selection.
