摘　　要：关节病症广泛见于各种风湿免疫疾病中,且多作为主要症状,为病患所苦。中医学常将其归为痹证一类,大都从疾病的角度进行讨论,而缺乏对于关节本身的系统论述。通过将古籍中关于关节的记载进行全面的梳理,系统地归纳出古人对于关节的认知,并总结了古人基于经络学说、脏腑学说认识人体结构的方法。以期能对关节病症的中医诊断、治疗起到一定的参考作用。Joint disorders are widely seen in various rheumatic immune diseases,and most of them are the main symptoms,which are suffered by patients.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is often classified as a kind of bi syndrome,which is mostly discussed from the pathological mechanism of disease,and there is no systematic discussion on the joint itself.This paper comprehensively combed the records of joints in ancient books,systematically summed up the ancient people's cognition of joints,and summarized the ancient people's understanding of human body structure based on the meridian theory and zang-fu theory,in order to the joint disorder of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,treatment,play a certain reference role.
