摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是由各种原因引起以心室充盈、心脏功能受损或心脏结构失代偿为特点的一组复杂临床综合征。中医学认为,心水与慢性心力衰竭的症状相符,《金匮要略》中提出的“虚、痰、瘀”病机理论及治法方药更是为治疗心水提供了理论依据。文章基于《金匮要略》中“虚、痰、瘀”与心水的关系,结合现代临床研究,提出心水的相关治法方药,以期为临床治疗慢性心力衰竭提供系统叙述。Chronic heart failure is a group of complex clinical syndromes characterized by ventricular filling,impaired cardiac function,or cardiac structural malfunction caused by various reasons.In theory of traditional Chinese medicine,heart fluid retention is consistent with the symptoms of chronic heart failure.The theory of“deficiency,phlegm and stasis”and the therapeutic prescriptions put forward in Synopsis of Golden Chamber provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of heart fluid retention.Based on the relationship between“deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis”and heart fluid retention in Synopsis of Golden Chamber and modern clinical research,this paper proposed the relevant treatments and prescriptions for heart fluid retention,with a view to providing a systematic account for the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.
