摘　　要：注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是遗传和环境等多方面因素共同作用引发的儿科临床常见疾病。临床上以注意力欠集中、活动过多、行为习惯不能自控等为常见表现。陈伟斌主任为海派中医董氏儿科流派第六代传人,熟读中医古籍,熟练化裁儿科古方,掌握丰富的临床诊疗经验,擅长治疗各种儿科常见疾病。陈主任认为ADHD患儿均可见肾不足,肝阳亢的病理基础。所以,临床诊治时常遵从肝肾同治的原则,以滋水涵木法为主,配合平肝潜阳、滋肾填髓等治法,为中医治疗ADHD提供了新思路。Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common pediatric clinical disease caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors.Clinically,inattention,excessive activity,and unable to be self-control in daily life are common manifestations.Director Chen Weibin is the sixth generation of the Dong's pediatrics of Haipai traditional Chinese medicine,familiar with ancient Chinese medicine books,proficient in tailoring pediatric ancient formulas,and has rich clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.She is good at treating various common pediatric diseases.Director Chen Weibin believes that children with ADHD are kidney essence insufficiency and the hyperactivity of liver yang.Therefore,Director Chen Weibin pointed out that clinical diagnosis and treatment should follow the principle of simultaneous treatment of liver and kidney method,mainly based on the method of nourishing kidney water and liver wood,and combining with the treatment methods of calming the liver and suppressing yang,nourishing the kidney and filling the marrow,which provides new ideas for the treatment of ADHD in traditional Chinese medicine.
