摘　　要：益气活血消癥法是王世荣教授根据多年膜性肾病诊疗经验,基于气血津液理论、络病理论确立的治疗大法,并据此法研制了芪龙通肾方,临床疗效已得到证实。文章通过对膜性肾病的致病特点、芪龙通肾方方药探讨以及临床运用的心得体会进行综合分析,从中医药角度探讨益气活血消癥法治疗膜性肾病的病症理论,为临床治疗提供新思路。The supplementing qi and activating blood to eliminate disease method is a treatment method established by Professor Wang Shirong according to years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of membranous nephropathy,based on the theory of qi-blood-body fluid and collateral-disease.According to this method,Qilong Tongshen prescription,a Chinese medicine preparation,has been developed,and its clinical efficacy has been confirmed.Through the analysis of the pathogenic characteristics of membranous nephropathy,the discussion of Qilong Tongshen prescription and the experience of clinical application,this paper discussed the theory of supplementing qi and activating blood to eliminate disease method in the treatment of membranous nephropathy from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,and provided new ideas for clinical treatment.
