摘 要:目的通过优选制备工艺的最佳条件参数,研制一种用于儿童流感预防的中药膏方。方法本研究采用正交设计法,以出膏率、咖啡酸含量为考察指标,对儿童预防流感膏方的生产工艺进行了优选。通过考察多个因素,包括浸泡时间、液料比、煎煮时间、煎煮次数,得出最佳工艺条件。结果最终确定生产工艺为浸泡时间2 h,液料比10∶1,煎煮次数3次,煎煮时间2 h。结论经优选后的膏方生产工艺更加合理,稳定性良好,且出膏率较高,咖啡酸含量测定稳定。Objective To develop a Chinese medicine ointment for the prevention of influenza in children by optimizing the preparation technology and parameters.Methods This study used orthogonal design to optimize the production process of children's influenza prevention ointment formula,with the extraction rate as the evaluation index.By examining multiple factors,including soaking time,liquid to material ratio,cooking time,and cooking frequency,the optimal process conditions were determined.Results The final production process was determined as soaking for two hours,adding 10 times of water,decocting for three times,two hours each time.Conclusion The optimized production technology of the cream formula is more reasonable,has good stability,and has a higher yield.
