摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿联合异功散加味穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食脾胃气虚证的临床疗效。方法纳入2022年1月—2023年11月鹰潭市妇幼保健院收治脾胃气虚证的厌食患儿80例,以随机法为对照组和观察组,各40例。2组患儿均行常规健康指导干预,在此基础上对照组使用醒脾养儿颗粒口服治疗,观察组予小儿推拿联合异功散加味穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组患儿症状消失时间、临床疗效以及治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组各项症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对小儿厌食脾胃气虚证,应用小儿推拿联合异功散加味穴位贴敷治疗效果显著,能有效改善患儿食欲不振、食量减退等症状。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of pediatric massage combined with Yigong powder acupoint application on spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome of anorexia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with anorexia admitted to Yingtan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023,who were diagnosed as spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome by TCM syndrome,were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups of children were treated with routine health guidance intervention.On this basis,the control group was treated with Xingpi Yanger granules orally,and the observation group was treated with pediatric massage combined with Yigong powder acupoint application.The time of symptom disappearance,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occurred during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pediatric massage combined with Yigong powder acupoint application in the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome of anorexia in children is significant,and can effectively improve the symptoms of loss of appetite and decreased appetite.
