摘　　要：山东省名老中医王树庆根据吴门医派络病理论,结合血液病的病机关键,从不同维度辨治血液系统疾病。血液病的治疗应抓住疾病的病因病机,治其本;理清正邪,分清主次,扶正祛邪兼施;调衡气血阴阳。灵活运用通络药物,如虫类、藤药等,有效改善患者病情,提高化疗敏感性,减轻化疗毒副作用,起到标本兼治的临床疗效,以期提高血液病患者的生命质量。According to the collateral disease theory of Wu's medical school collateral disease,prestigious doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Wang Shuqing in the treatment of hemopathy combined with the pathogenesis of hematological diseases and syndrome differentiated from different dimensions.The treatment of hemopathy should grasp the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and treat its root,clarifying vital qi and pathogen,distinguishing the primary and secondary,strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,balancing qi-blood yin-yang.The flexible use of drugs for dredging collaterals can improve the patient's condition,enhance the sensitivity of chemotherapy,reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,and achieve the clinical curative effect of treating both symptoms and root causes,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with hemopathy.
