摘 要:目的探讨循证医学教学思想结合双三段式考核方式在中医外科学教学的应用成效。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月入学的60名本科生,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30名。2组均在传统教学模式中加入循证医学思想,观察组进行双三段式考核,对照组进行理论知识考试和实践技能考核,比较2组的教学效果。结果观察组学生对教学整体满意度83.333%。观察组理论知识成绩、实践技能成绩及总成绩的评分、自我能力评价方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医外科学的教学中结合循证医学教学思想及双三段式考核的方式可以显著提高中医外科学教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based medicine teaching thought combined with double-three-stage assessment method in the teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Sixty undergraduates enrolled from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 undergraduates in each group.The two groups added the idea of evidence-based medicine into the traditional teaching mode.The observation group underwent double-three-stage assessment,and the control group underwent theoretical knowledge test and practical skill test.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The overall satisfaction in the observation group was 83.333%.Compared with the two groups,the theoretical knowledge scores,practical skills scores,total scores and self-ability evaluation satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine can be significantly improved by combining the teaching thought of evidence-based medicine teaching thought combined with double-three-stage assessment method.
