中医外治法在儿童紫癜性肾炎的应用

摘　　要：紫癜性肾炎是儿科常见的继发性肾小球疾病,中医外治法作为紫癜性肾炎的中医特色治疗常见手段之一,在控制蛋白尿、血尿及保护肾功能、改善患儿体质等方面均具有独特优势。经查阅中医外治法治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的相关文献,从灸法、刺络疗法、针刺疗法、穴位贴敷4个方面进行综述,总结中医外治法应用于紫癜性肾炎治疗中的重要意义及广阔前景。Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is one of the common secondary glomerular diseases in pediatrics.External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,as one of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods,has unique advantages in controlling proteinuria,hematuria and protecting renal function.By referring to the relevant literature on the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for children with HSPN,the literature was reviewed from four aspects of moxibustion,pricking therapy,acupuncture therapy and point sticking,and the significance and broad prospects of the application of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of HSPN were summarized on the basis of the current situation.
