摘　　要：褥疮是一种躯体局部因长期受压而引起皮肉坏死溃烂的疮疡疾病,相当于西医学的压疮(压力性损伤)。随着人口老龄化及久病卧床患者的增多,褥疮的发病率也在逐年增高,其护理难度和治疗费用给家庭及社会也带来沉重负担。针对此病,近年来中医根据辨证论治以及针药结合疗法取得了较好的疗效。现就褥疮的中医病因病机及中医药治疗研究进展进行综述,希冀为褥疮的中医临床认识、诊治及护理提供借鉴和参考。Bedsore is a kind of skin ulcer disease caused by long-term pressure,which is equivalent to pressure ulcer in Western medicine.Along with the aging and the increase of the bedridden patients,the incidence of bedsores is also increasing year by year,the difficulty of nursing and the cost of treatment bring heavy burden to the family and the society.In view of this disease,in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine according to the treatment of syndrome differentiation and acupuncture and medicine therapy has achieved good results.This article reviewed the research progress on the etiology and pathogenesis of bedsore and the treatment of bedsore with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for contemporary clinical understanding,diagnosis,treatment and nursing of bedsore.
