摘 要:石油化工工艺中应用的大部分催化材料主要为各类分子筛、氧化物以及负载金属的氧化物或分子筛等,拉曼光谱在这些催化材料的结构表征研究中受到重视并大力发展。主要介绍了拉曼光谱技术和原位池的发展,总结了拉曼光谱相对红外光谱的优缺点,并以石油化工工业中实际工业剂研发的应用案例为主,综述了在石油化工领域拉曼光谱尤其是紫外拉曼光谱的国内外应用和进展,对象集中于传统石油化工领域和新型绿色化学领域中分子筛、氧化物、氧化态和硫化态负载型催化剂、黏结剂等催化材料。拉曼光谱不但可以直接获取本体或负载型催化剂的金属中心的配位状态、催化材料制备液前驱体和积炭等的丰富结构信息,还可以研究水相到固相的催化材料制备过程和气-固反应过程,甚至能够捕捉到活化中间体和产物结构等信息,进而深入研究催化材料的构效分析和反应机理。拉曼光谱的几项新技术、原位技术以及联用技术的进一步发展将在石油化工工业的产业升级以及低碳绿色化发展中发挥重要作用。Most of the catalytic materials applied in petrochemical processes are mainly various types of molecular sieves,oxides,metal-supported oxides or molecular sieves.In recent years,more attentions and efforts have been paid to the research on Raman spectroscopy in characterization of catalyst structure.The paper mainly introduces the development of Raman spectroscopy and in situ cell,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Raman spectroscopy when compared with infrared spectroscopy.Moreover,the domestic and international application and progress of Raman spectroscopy,especially ultraviolet Raman spectroscopy,in petrochemical industry are reviewed based on the application cases for the actual research and development of industrial agents in the petrochemical industry,which mainly involves the catalytic materials such as molecular sieves,oxides,supported catalysts in oxidation and sulfide states,and binders in both traditional petrochemical field and new green chemical field.Raman spectroscopy can not only directly obtain the coordination state of the metal center of bulk or supported catalysts,rich structural information of the precursor of the catalyst preparation solution,and carbon deposit,but also investigates the synthesis of catalytic materials from aqueous phase to solid phase,as well as the gas-solid reaction process,and even captures the crucial information regarding activated intermediates and product structures,thus enabling an in-depth research of structure-activity analysis and reaction mechanism in catalytic materials.The further development of new techniques,in situ techniques and hyphenated techniques of Raman spectroscopy will play an important role in the industrial upgrading and low-carbon green development of petrochemical industry.
