摘　　要：党的二十大提出要推进健康中国建设,倡导文明健康生活方式。在新时代我国高校青春健康工作取得了长足进步,但也面临着新的挑战。因此,在高校深化开展青春健康教育工作意义重大。本文以健康中国视域下高校青春健康工作为研究主题,通过分析现状与问题,探索构建健康中国视域下,以“青春健康+管理育人、思政育人、文化育人、心理育人、网络育人、实践育人”为主要内容的青春健康教育“六+”工作体系,汇聚起推进健康中国建设的强大合力。It has been emphasized at the CPC 20th National Congress that we should build a healthy China and develop a more advanced and healthy lifestyle.Till now China has made much progress in achieving youth health in higher schools,while there are great challenges waiting ahead for her.So it is of great significance to deepen the youth health education in colleges and universities.Against such a backdrop,this paper studies the youth health work in higher schools in the circumstances of building a healthy China,and based on an analysis of the current situation and the problems concerned,it tries to construct a"six+"work system of youth health education with its major task being health education and its other responsibilities being education via management,political philosophy teaching,cultural knowledge,psychological knowledge,network technology learning and certain practical experiences,which can piece together all forces for building a healthy China.
