多元主体参与下安义古村落景观保护与活化发展研究

摘　　要：传统村落保护发展过程中存在着多元主体的参与介入,各主体相互协作与博弈,影响着村落景观的保护发展。本文通过分析安义古村落景观资源、现状多元主体构成、多元主体空间使用和分布,以及各主体利益诉求。探索多元主体参与下,适合于安义古村落的保护方法,活化发展模式,景观规划策略。提出在安义传统村落景观的保护与发展中,构筑“政府主导,企业协助,村民主体,社会参与”的机制;搭建有效的沟通参与平台;明确主体角色与职责;落实多元利益诉求;实现良性循环的动态发展。同时针对村落自然景观、人文景观、非物质景观提出相应的保护与活化发展策略。以村落景观规划设计为例,从山水林田湖草居整体空间格局营造,到罗田村、京台村、水南村村落景观规划,和选取的具有代表性的节点景观设计,结合多元主体空间使用和利益诉求在规划设计中进行落实表达。实现多元主体参与下,安义古村落景观的合理保护与动态可持续发展。There are multiple subjects participating in the process of village protection and development.The cooperation and competition of various subjects affect the protection and development of traditional village landscapes.By analyzing the landscape resources of Anyi villages,the current composition of multiple subjects,the use and distribution of multiple subjects,and the interests of each subject,exploring the protection methods,development models,and landscape planning strategies suitable for Anyi with the participation of multiple subjects.It is proposed that in the protection and development of Anyi,a cooperative joint construction mechanism of“government-led,enterpriseassisted,village democracies,and social participation”should be established,building an effective communication and participation platform,clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the main body,implementing multiple interest demands,and realizing cyclical dynamic development.At the same time,corresponding protection and development strategies are proposed for the natural,cultural and nonmaterial landscape of the village.Taking village landscape planning and design as an example,including the construction of the overall spatial pattern of landscapes,forests,fields,lakes and grass dwellings,the village landscape planning of Luotian,Jingtai,and Shuinan Village are formulated,as well as selected representative node landscape designs.The spatial and economic appeals of multiple subjects are implemented and expressed in the planning and design process,presenting a reasonable protection and sustainable development of the landscape of Anyi Village with the participation of multiple subjects.
