基于需求调研的长沙市托育服务设施规划策略研究

摘　　要：本文在解读我国低生育率现状、国内外托育服务研究基础上,明确目前托育服务体系研究主要聚焦于对托育供给、需求偏好与政策支持层面;基于以往研究,利用地理信息系统分析长沙市婴幼儿托育服务设施建设情况,了解托育服务供给现状;同时向长沙市498位家长展开问卷式需求调研,了解家长对托育服务具体需求内容、托育服务需求影响因素的现状;提出长沙市托育服务设施的优化策略,包括进行托育知识科普,打造便捷健康的托育服务环境,营造社区互助的托育服务氛围,并提供立体多样化的育儿支援。Based on the interpretation of China’s low fertility rate and domestic and international research on childcare services,it is clear that the current research on childcare service system mainly focuses on the supply of childcare,demand preference and policy support.Based on previous studies,Geographic Information System(GIS)was used to analyze the construction of infant and toddler child care service facilities in Changsha and to understand the current situation of child care service supply.At the same time,a questionnaire-based demand survey was conducted with 498 parents in Changsha City to understand the specific content of parental demand for childcare services and the current situation of factors influencing the demand for childcare services.Based on the these works,the paper proposes optimization strategies for childcare facilities in Changsha,including popularizing childcare knowledge,creating a convenient and healthy environment for childcare services,creating an atmosphere of mutual assistance in the community,and providing three-dimensional and diversified childcare support.
