摘　　要：城市更新已成为我国城市高质量发展的迫切需求与必然选择,在旧工业住区更新的实践中,由于缺乏对其形态、价值内涵的深层认知,使得其整体形态格局在城市更新中受到一定程度的破坏。为使其形态在城市更新进程中得到有效的提升及控制,本文以康泽恩城市形态学作为研究切入点,以郑州西部旧工业住区作为研究对象,通过对其形态生成过程、形态特征的分析,进一步探讨在城市更新背景下研究区域的具体更新状况,对其中存在的问题进行梳理,并试图对问题的形成原因进行初步分析,以期为该区域未来的形态更新提供参考。Urban regeneration has become an urgent need and inevitable choice for the high-quality development of cities in China.In the practice of renewing old industrial residential area,due to the lack of deep cognition of its morphological value,its morphological pattern is often damaged.In order to effectively improve and control its morphology in the process of urban regeneration,this article takes Conzenian school of urban morphology as the entry point and the old industrial residential area in western Zhengzhou as the research object.Through the analysis of its morphological generation process and morphological characteristics,this paper further explores the specific status of the study area in the context of urban regeneration,then sorts out the existing problems,and attempts to conduct a preliminary analysis of the problems.The research results are expected to provide reference for the future urban regeneration of this area.
