摘　　要：现代宏观经济学起源于对经济周期的考察,以经济的长期增长与短期波动为研究对象,揭示经济增长机制和周期波动背后的原因,抛出政府在经济波动期间运用宏观调控政策解决通货膨胀和失业高企等问题。中国宏观经济学的研究对象是中国特色的经济增长与波动过程,除解释经济增长与经济周期运行规律外,还揭示了中国共产党及其领导下的政府如何在马克思主义经济学指导下,制定发展战略和实施改革开放,在经济周期的波动中实施宏观经济治理。中国宏观经济学体系的构建始于对中国宏观经济运行体系的特征及其逻辑框架的讨论,展示了中国宏观经济运行中总供给与总需求关系的特点,中国特色社会主义市场中有效市场和有为政府配合的特点,并讨论中国经济增长的动力以及形成周期波动的各类冲击。当前中国宏观经济运行面临着挑战与机遇,但中国经济从高速增长走向高质量发展是必然的。而批判地合理借鉴西方宏观经济学的概念与模型,对于构建中国宏观经济学体系有一定价值。Modern macroeconomics originated from the examination of economic cycle,taking the long-term growth and short-term fluctuations of the economy as the research,revealing the mechanism of economic growth and the reasons behind the cyclical fluctuations and suggesting that the govern-ment should adopt macro-control policies to solve problems such as inflation and high unemploy-ment during economic fluctuations.China’s macroeconomics is based on China’s unique historical and international situation,and has its own profound practical and theoretical foundation.The re-search object of Chinese macroeconomics is the process of economic growth and fluctuations with Chinese characteristics.In addition to explaining the operating law of economic growth and eco-nomic cycle,it also reveals how the Communist Party of China and the government under its lead-ership,under the guidance of Marxist economics,formulate development strategies,carry out re-form and opening-up as well as implement macroeconomic governance amid the fluctuations of e-conomic cycle.The construction of China’s macroeconomics system is a part of building China’s independent knowledge system.It starts from the discussions on the characteristics and logical framework of China’s macroeconomic operating system,which demonstrates the features of the re-lationship between aggregate supply and aggregate demand in China’s macroeconomic operation and the features of efficient market and promising government coordination in the socialist market with Chinese characteristics,and discusses the driving force of China’s economic growth and vari-ous shocks that form periodic fluctuations.At the same time,the paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities facing China’s macroeconomic operation to demonstrate the inevitability of Chi-na’s economic development from high-speed growth to high-quality development.Finally,it sys-tematically discusses the development track of Western macroeconomics and put forward proposals of how to draw on the concepts and mode
