延迟退休对城镇企业职工基本养老金替代率的影响研究

摘　　要：退休政策是涉及国家民生体系的重大政策,对各方面产生着综合影响。如今我国人口的国情已经发生了明显变化,出现了老龄人口快速增加、社会养老负担不断加重等问题,延迟退休无疑是应对当前局面的有效策略。研究延迟退休对城镇职工基本养老金替代率的影响,有助于保障我国养老保险事业持续发展。通过实证分析,构建城镇职工基本养老金的测算模型,进行定量分析并得出结论,根据测算结果的数据分析延迟退休对居民养老保障水平的影响,以期为养老保障体系建设提供参考。Retirement policy is an important policy related to the national livelihood system,which has a comprehensive impact on all aspects.Nowadays,China's national conditions have undergone obvious changes,with the rapid increase of the elderly population and the increasing burden of social pension.Delaying retirement is undoubtedly a good countermeasure to solve the current situation.The study on the effect of delayed retirement on the basic pension replacement rate of urban workers is helpful to ensure the sustainable development of China's pension insurance.Through empirical analysis,this paper constructs a calculation model of the basic pension of urban workers,conducts quantitative analysis,and draws a conclusion that the impact of delayed retirement on the level of residents'pension security is analyzed according to the data of the calculation results,and provides a reference for the construction of the pension security system.
