摘 要:以非水介质十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)作为传热介质代替传统水浴,利用酸性染料对生物基PA56进行染色,探究前处理条件、非水介质体系中染色温度、染色时间、染液pH对PA56染色效果的影响。结果表明:织物经3 g/L渗透剂和3 g/L精练剂处理后,在匀染剂质量浓度为5 g/L、染色温度为60℃(红和蓝色染料)和70℃(黄色染料)、染色时间为40 min(红和蓝色染料)和50 min(黄色染料),染液pH为4时,染色织物K/S值和色牢度最好。且在非水介质体系中三支染料在PA56织物上的染色提升力略高于传统水浴体系,色牢度二者基本相当。Non-aqueous medium decamethylcyclopentasiloxane(D5)is used as a heat transfer medium instead of traditional water bath,and acid dyes are used to dye biobase PA56.The influences of pretreatment condi⁃tions,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and pH value in non-aqueous medium system on the dyeing behaviors of PA56 are investigated.The results show that the K/S value and fastness of dyed fabric are the best when the mass concentration of penetrant and refining agent is 3 g/L respectively,the mass concentration of level⁃ling agent is 5 g/L,the dyeing temperature is 60℃(red and blue acid dyes)and 70℃(yellow acid dye),the dye⁃ing time is 40 min(red and blue acid dyes)and 50 min(yellow acid dye),and the pH value is 4.In the non-aque⁃ous medium system,the build-up property of the three dyes on PA56 fabric is slightly higher than that of the traditional water bath system,and the fastness is almost the same.
