摘 要:采用正己烷作为溶剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为固化剂、氧化锌作为溶质,制备一种疏水性溶液。通过在聚丙烯(PP)熔喷非织造布表面喷涂该溶液,赋予其表面微纳米粗糙结构,并通过硬脂酸进行改性处理,得到一种具有优异油水分离性能的超疏水织物。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)以及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等对超疏水织物的表面形貌、结构和化学成分进行表征,并进行了相关性能测试。结果表明:制备的超疏水聚丙烯熔喷非织造布不仅具备良好的自清洁和油水分离性能,还具有出色的耐酸碱盐性和耐久性。在不同类型的油水混合物分离测试中,其分离效率能达到96.6%以上。A hydrophobic solution is prepared using n-hexane as the solvent,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as the curing agent and zinc oxide as the solute.A superhydrophobic fabric with excellent oil-water separation performance is obtained by spraying the solution onto the surface of polypropylene(PP)melt blown nonwoven fabric to get micro-nano rough structure,and then modified with stearic acid.The surface morphology,struc⁃ture and chemical composition of superhydrophobic fabrics are characterized using scanning electron microsco⁃py(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and rel⁃evant performance tests are conducted.The results show that the superhydrophobic polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric not only possesses good self-cleaning and oil-water separation performances,but al⁃so has excellent acid,alkali and salt resistance and durability.In different types of oil-water mixture separation tests,the separation efficiency can reach over 96.6%.
