数字化赋能西部高等教育高质量发展的内在机理与路径建构

摘　　要：数字化赋能西部高等教育是指以数字化技术为基础驱动西部高等教育创新与增长的过程。当前,数字化赋能已成为西部高等教育高质量发展的必然趋势。数字化赋能西部高等教育高质量发展主要通过数字思维、数字治理与数字技术共同搭建内在逻辑结构从而革新内生发展观念、形塑共生发展格局、优化智慧教育形态。当然,数字化赋能西部高等教育高质量发展需要融入新发展理念中,成为引领西部高等教育高质量发展的价值遵循,站在贯彻新发展理念的战略高度,以创新驱动西部高等教育数字化制度体系、协调优化西部高等教育数字化整体布局、绿色引领西部高等教育数字化发展目标、开放统筹西部高等教育数字化治理要素、共享调整西部高等教育数字化资源供给等方式赋能西部高等教育高质量发展。Digital empowerment of China’s western higher education refers to the process of its innovation and growth driven by digital technology.At present,digital empowerment has become an inevitable trend for high-quality development of western higher education.Digital empowerment of high-quality development of western higher education aims at innovating the concept of endogenous development,shaping the pattern of symbiotic development,and optimizing the form of intelligent education with an internal logical structure composed of digital thinking,digital governance and digital technology.Undoubtedly,digital empowerment of high-quality development of western higher education needs to be integrated into the new development concept,and thus to become the value guidance of high-quality development of western higher education.From the strategic height of implementing the new development concept,high-quality development of western higher education should be empowered through an innovation-driven institutional system,coordination and optimization of the overall layout,green development goals,open coordination of governance elements,sharing and adjustment of resource supply of western higher education digitalization.
