新质生产力赋能高校图书馆数智化建设的内涵研判、逻辑转换和实践路径

摘　　要：新质生产力是中国式现代化语境下生产力理论的最新表达。当前的经济社会现实发展中惟有通过以科技创新为主导的新质生产力,才能助推实现以绿色化、数智化、高效化为表征的高质量发展。立足新发展阶段,如何实现高校图书馆的数智化建设迫切需要找到新的突破口予以切入,而新质生产力的出现与实践,让高校图书馆数智化建设具备了理论上的必要性和现实上的可行性。据此,沿着内涵研判、逻辑转换和实践路径的分析框架可知,新质生产力较之传统生产力,其构成要素发生了深刻变革。新质生产力与高校图书馆数智化建设二者在内涵、逻辑、实践上均存在契合性,新质生产力也可重构高校图书馆数智化建设的发展逻辑。具体在实现机制上,新质生产力可以有效引入科技创新、提升人才素养、优化服务模式,推进高校图书馆数智化建设,从而实现高校图书馆高质量发展。New quality productive forces is a new productivity theory in the context of Chinese modernization.In the current realistic development of the economy and society,green,intelligent and efficient high-quality development can only be achieved with new quality productive forces through scientific and technological innovation.In the new development stage,it is imperative to find a new breakthrough to realize the digital intelligence construction of university libraries,which becomes theoretically necessary and practically feasible with the emergence and practice of new quality productive forces.Based on this,through the analytical framework of connotation analysis,logic transformation and practical path,it is found that the constituent elements have profoundly changed from traditional productive force to new quality productive forces.Logical agreement exists between new quality productive force and the digital intelligence construction of university libraries in terms of connotation,logic and practice;the former can reconstruct the development logic of the latter.As for the realization mechanism,new quality productive forces can promote the digital intelligence construction of university libraries by effectively introducing scientific and technological innovation,improving human resource quality,and optimizing the service model,in order to realize the high-quality development of university libraries.
