摘 要:为了减轻秸秆焚烧处理引起的环境问题,降低清洁能源的生产成本,从绿色、环保、清洁的生物质转化技术方面综述木质纤维素暗发酵产氢过程中的预处理方法、发酵工艺及影响因素。木质纤维素暗发酵产氢技术具有低能耗、环保的优点,经济可行性显著,但木质纤维素作为可发酵糖的重要来源,复杂的组成和结构降低可发酵糖的利用率,对底物预处理成为生物制氢产业的关键研究课题;优化产氢工艺条件,开发新型生物技术,探究纳米材料作用机制是提高木质纤维素生物制氢效率,实现大规模清洁能源生产,缓解化石燃料能源危机的重要研究方向。To reduce the environmental problems caused by straw incineration and reduce the production cost of clean energy,the pretreatment methods,fermentation technology and influencing factors in the dark fermentation process for hydrogen production from lignocellulose were reviewed from the aspects of green,environmentally friendly and clean biomass conversion technology.Dark fermentation of lignocellulose for hydrogen production has the advantages of low energy consumption,environmental protection and significant economic feasibility,however,lignocellulose is an important source of fermentable sugar,and its complex composition and structure reduce the utilization rate of fermentable sugar,and the pretreatment of substrate has become a key research topic in the bio-hydrogen production industry.In the future,the optimization of hydrogen production process conditions,the development of new bio-technology,and the exploration of the mechanism of nanomaterials are important research directions to improve the efficiency of bio-hydrogen production from lignocellulose,achieve large-scale clean energy production,and alleviate the fossil fuel energy crisis.
