摘　　要：新质生产力是由颠覆性技术和前沿技术的创新发展而催生的当代先进生产力。人工智能作为一种颠覆性信息技术,是信息化的“一般智力”,推动着现代生产方式的智能化转型,也推动着其他颠覆性技术的研究与发展,具有“元生产力”的属性。在人工智能的推动下,“一般智力”的相互叠加使劳动者的创新能力得到发挥,劳动工具的自动化和物流运转的无人化形成智能生产体系,劳动对象的数据化使劳动者对物质资料的认识、控制和改造能力得到强化,生产力三要素都发生了质的变化,生产力本身也正在发生质的变化。新质生产力的彻底形成将带来丰富的物质财富,为实现全体人民共同富裕的中国式现代化奠定物质基础。The new quality productive forces is the contemporary advanced productive forces spawned by the innovative development of disruptive and cutting-edge technologies.Artificial intelligence is the“general intelligence”of information technology,which promotes the intelligent transformation of modern modes of production and the research and development of other disruptive technologies,and has the attribute of“meta-productivity”.Under the impetus of AI,the superposition of“general intelligence”brings into playing the innovation ability of workers,the automation of labour tools and the unmanned operation of logistics form an intelligent production system,and the datatization of labour objects strengthens the ability of workers to know,control and transform material materials,so that the three elements of productivity undergo qualitative changes,and productivity itself is undergoing qualitative changes.All three elements of the productive forces have undergone qualitative changes,and the productive forces themselves are also undergoing qualitative changes.The complete formation of new quality productive forces will bring about abundant material wealth,laying the material foundation for the realization of Chinese-style modernization in which all the people will enjoy common prosperity.
