摘　　要：既往住宅范式难以适应日渐复杂的建设环境和愈加多元的居住需求,西班牙公共住房自20世纪末出现对于灵活性的探索。新建筑与历史环境的关联,有限场地内的公共区域、社群文化,以及室内空间与功能的对应等问题,促使建筑师寻找更加多元和宽容的居住模式。通过对重点案例的设计解析,从时间、场所和功能布局三个方面讨论西班牙当代公共住宅“灵活性”设计的产生原因和具体方法,以期为面向高品质转变的中国公共住房建设提供参考。Spanish public housing started to explore the concept of flexibility since the late 20th century.The challenges such as integration of new buildings with historical neighborhoods,the formation of public spaces within limited areas,and the management of relationships between layout and programs have driven architects to seek more versatile and inclusive residential models.This paper examines the design strategies of key cases,focusing on the temporal,spatial,and functional dimensions of flexibility in contemporary Spanish public housing,which aims to provide references for public housing in China.
