摘 要:通过分析普通食品体系检查中存在的问题,有针对性地为监管部门和企业提供监管建议和技术性服务。本文分析了四川省16家普通食品体系检查问题数量,问题多集中在生产环境条件、产品检验、生产过程控制、贮存与交付等,并提出改进措施,建议企业落实食品安全主体责任,优化生产车间环境,规范产品检验,有关部门加强监管信息化,防范化解食品安全风险隐患,保证人民群众身体健康。By analyzing the issues present in the regular food system inspections,targeted regulatory recommendations and technical services are provided for regulatory authorities and businesses.This article presents a statistical analysis of the number of problems in food system inspections in 16 enterprises in Sichuan Province,with issues largely concentrated in production environment conditions,product testing,production process control,storage,and delivery.Improvement measures that recommend the companies implement food safety responsibilities,optimize production workshop environments,standardize product testing,enhance regulatory informatization in relevant departments,prevent and address food safety risks are proposed to ensure the health of the general public.
