摘　　要：目的了解2018—2022年西昌市暗娼人群艾滋病哨点监测结果、行为特征以及艾滋病流行情况,为当地艾滋病防控工作提供参考建议。方法采用问卷调查收集2018—2022年西昌市暗娼人群人口学、艾滋病知识知晓率和相关行为特征等信息,并采集血液标本进行HIV抗体检测,使用SPSS 27.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果2018—2022年共调查西昌市暗娼人群1718人,HIV抗体阳性分别为2例、14例、1例、0例和0例,共计17例,HIV阳性检出率为0.99%。艾滋病知识知晓率平均水平为95%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,暗娼人群安全套使用情况与年龄、文化程度、样本来源等影响因素相关(P均<0.05)。暗娼人群HIV感染风险与户籍相关(P=0.044)。结论近年来西昌市艾滋病防治工作取得阶段性成效,暗娼人群HIV抗体阳性检出病例逐年下降,但仍需重视该群体的健康教育行为干预,提高暗娼人群的防护意识和技能,阻断艾滋病通过暗娼人群向普通人群传播。Objective By understanding the results of HIV sentinel surveillance,behavioral characteristics and HIV prevalence among the female sex worker group in Xichang City from 2018 to 2022,and to provide reference and suggestions for local AIDS prevention and control.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to collect information on demographics,AIDS knowledge awareness and related behavioral characteristics of the Xichang female sex workers group from 2018 to 2022,and blood specimens were collected for HIV antibody testing,and the data were analyzed by using SPSS 27.0 statistical software.Results A total of 1718 people were investigated in Xichang City's female sex workers group from 2018 to 2022,and the HIV antibody positivity was 2,14,1,0,0,respectively,totaling 17 cases,with an HIV-positive detection rate of 0.99%.The average level of HIV knowledge awareness rate was 95%.Logistic regression analysis showed that condom use in the female sex workers group was correlated with the influencing factors such as age,literacy level,and sample source(all P<0.05).The risk of HIV infection in the female sex worker group was correlated with household registration(P=0.044).Conclusions In recent years,the prevention and treatment of AIDS in Xichang City has achieved staged results,and the number of HIVpositive cases among female sex worker group has been decreasing year by year.However,it is still necessary to pay attention to the health education and behavioral intervention of this group,to improve the awareness and skills of female sex workers,and to block the transmission of AIDS from female sex worker group to the general population.
