摘　　要：性伴告知可以有效预防人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)的传播、减少高危性行为发生、增强性伴HIV检测率及自我保护意识,是预防艾滋病传播工作的重要组成部分。然而,目前研究多集中于艾滋病患者整体视角,对HIV阳性男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)性伴告知缺乏关注。本文对国内外HIV阳性MSM性伴告知概念、现状及影响因素等方面进行综述,并提出相应干预策略,旨在为后续制定促进HIV阳性MSM性伴告知的干预措施提供参考。Partner notification can effectively prevent the spread of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)and reduce the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior,enhance the detection rate and self-protection awareness of sexual partners.However,at present,most of the research focuses on the overall perspective of AIDS patients,and lacks attention to HIV-infected men who have sex with men(MSM).This article summarizes the concept,current situation and influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding intervention strategies,aiming to provide reference for the subsequent formulation of intervention measures to promote the notification of HIV-positive MSM partners.
