摘 要:研究以褐煤为基础材料制备了一种用于吸附萘和萘酚2种有机污染物质的褐煤活性焦。该材料由褐煤高温煅烧而成,在制备过程中采用了不同的煅烧温度以及不同类型的淬冷剂,分别从煅烧温度、淬冷剂溶解氧含量以及淬冷剂pH值3个方面的角度来设定反应变量,并通过褐煤活性焦对于萘和萘酚的吸附率来测试不同制备方案下该材料的吸附性能。经试验研究发现,在二次煅烧温度为1000℃、采用中性无溶解氧淬冷剂的情况下,褐煤活性焦对于萘和萘酚的吸附性能最强,吸附率在94%以上。In order to improve the treatment efficiency of coking wastewater in chemical enterprises,a kind of lignite activated coke for adsorbing naphthalene and naphthalene phenol was prepared using lignite as the basic material.This material was made by high-temperature calcination of lignite,different calcination temperatures and types of quenchers were used in the preparation process.The reaction variables were set from three aspects:calcination temperature,dissolved oxygen content of the quencher,and pH value of the quencher.The adsorption performance of the material under different preparation plans was tested by the adsorption rate of lignite activated coke for naphthalene and naphthol.Through experimental research,it was found that under the condition of secondary calcination temperature of 1000℃and the use of neutral dissolved oxygen quencher,brown coal activated coke has the strongest adsorption performance for naphthalene and naphthol,with an adsorption rate of over 94%.
