摘 要:西安半坡彩陶纹样服饰面料是一种传统的文化艺术品,现有的服装面料处理工艺已经很难将传统文化元素融入主流服装面料中。为更好地实现传统文化元素与服装面料的融合传承,提出了将聚氯乙烯作为粘接介质,并对该介质进行了不同的粘接测试。实验结果表明,激光电压为17 kV时,193 nm辐照强度下聚氯乙烯材料粗糙度最大值为2.36μm,该值远小于258 nm的辐照强度值。同时193 nm辐照后聚氯乙烯材料产生了大量—OH极性基团和亲水性烃基。此外,193 nm激光辐照处理后的聚氯乙烯材料粘接强度增加了近85%。研究提出的聚氯乙烯材料在193 nm的激光辐照强度下粘接性能最佳。Xi’an Half-slope Pottery Pattern Clothing Fabric is a traditional cultural artwork with unique patterns,and the existing clothing fabric processing process has been difficult to integrate traditional cultural elements into the mainstream clothing fabric.In order to better realize the integration and inheritance of traditional cultural elements and clothing fabrics,polyvinyl chloride was proposed as the adhesive medium,and different bonding tests were carried out on the medium.The experimental results showed that the maximum value of the roughness of the polyvinyl chloride material under 193 nm irradiation intensity was 2.36μm when the laser voltage was 17 kV,which was much smaller than the irradiation intensity of 258 nm.At the same time,after 193 nm irradiation,the PVC material produced a large number of polar groups and hydrophilic hydrocarbon groups.In addition,the adhesive strength of the 193 nm laser irradiated PVC material increased by nearly 85%.The proposed polyvinyl chloride material has the best bonding performance at 193 nm laser irradiation intensity.
