摘  要:为推动绿色发展,本试验以丙烯酸树脂为主要材料制备环保画笔颜料,并通过表面张力测试、接触角测试、热重分析和附着性测试对画笔颜料配方进行优化。试验结果表明,最佳助溶剂为乙醇,此时,画笔颜料的表面张力和接触角均最小,分别是32.8 mN·m^(-1)、42.5°,润湿性最好;最佳表面活性剂为OP-10,此时,画笔颜料的润湿性最佳;在丙烯酸树脂中掺入附着力促进剂,可以提高树脂热稳定性,增强画笔颜料附着性。最佳附着力促进剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。在优选助溶剂、表面活性剂以及附着力促进剂下,试验制备的环保画笔颜料综合性能良好,可以用于美术绘画。To promote green development,in this experiment acrylic resin was used as the main material to prepare environmentally friendly brush materials,and the brush material formula was optimized through surface tension testing,contact angle testing,thermogravimetric analysis,and adhesion testing.The experimental results show thatthe optimal co solvent was ethanol.At this time,the surface tension and contact angle of the brush material were the smallest,which were 32.8 mN·m^(-1)、42.5°respectively,and the wettability was the best.The optimal surfactant was OP-10,at which point the wettability of the brush material was the best.Adding adhesion promoter to acrylic resin could improve the thermal stability of the resin and enhance the adhesion of brush materials.The best adhesion promoter was vinyl trimethoxysilane.Under the optimal selection of solvents,surfactants,and adhesion promoters,the environmentally friendly brush material prepared in this experiment has good comprehensive performance and can be used for art painting.
