摘 要:为了提高运动康复器械用胶粘剂的粘接性能,以线性T1胶粘剂和非线性Tc胶粘剂为原料对运动康复器械用钢管和碳纤维增强基复合材料(CFRP)板进行了粘接,考察了胶粘剂厚度对粘接性能和破坏模式的影响,并采用计算模拟的方法对粘接强度进行了预测。结果表明,相较于线性T1胶粘剂,非线性Tc胶粘剂的拉伸强度和弹性模量相对较小,而最大应变相对较大。无论是线性T1胶粘剂还是非线性Tc胶粘剂试样,界面极限承载力试验值与界面极限承载力计算值都较为相近;线性方程斜率为0.93,相关性系数R2=0.86。可以采用胶粘剂试样的断裂能公式对极限承载力进行预测。In order to improve the bonding performance of adhesives for sports rehabilitation equipment,linear T1 adhesive and nonlinear Tc adhesive were used as raw materials to bond steel pipes and carbon fiber reinforced composite(CFRP)plates for sports rehabilitation equipment.The influence of adhesive thickness on bonding performance and failure mode was investigated,and the bonding strength was predicted using computational simulation methods.The results indicate that compared to linear T1 adhesive,the tensile strength and elastic modulus of nonlinear Tc adhesive are relatively small,while the maximum strain is relatively large.Whether it is a linear T1 adhesive or a nonlinear Tc adhesive sample,the experimental values of interface ultimate bearing capacity and the calculated values of interface ultimate bearing capacity are relatively similar;the slope of the linear equation is 0.93,and the correlation coefficient R2=0.86.The fracture energy formula of adhesive specimens can be used to predict the ultimate bearing capacity.
