聚丙烯纤维改性膨胀土胀缩特性循环测试研究

摘  要:为研究聚丙烯纤维改性膨胀土的胀缩特性,制备聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%、0.4%、0.6%的改性膨胀土材料,通过膨胀力试验、膨胀率测试、以及干湿循环试验,测试每种改性膨胀土试样的胀缩特性。试验结果表明,在吸水膨胀时,丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%的试样膨胀力较大,易导致试样变形;丙烯纤维掺量为0.4%的试样膨胀力、自由膨胀率与无荷膨胀率均保持在较低水平,可以在吸水过程中保持良好的稳定性;在干湿循环测试中,0.4%改性剂掺量的试样在每一次循环时的径向线缩率相对较低,不易发生收缩问题。因此,聚丙烯纤维添加量在0.4%时,可以有效强化膨胀土应用效果。To study the swelling and shrinking characteristics of polypropylene fiber modified expansive soil,modified expansive soil materials with polypropylene fiber content of 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%were prepared,and the expansion and contraction characteristics of each modified expansive soil sample were tested by swelling force test,expansion rate test and dry-wet cycle test.The experimental results showed that during water absorption expansion,the sample with a 0.2%content of propylene fiber had a greater expansion force,which could easily cause deformation of the sample.The expansion force,Free expansion rate and no-load expansion rate of the sample with 0.4%propylene fiber content were kept at a low level,which can maintain good stability in the process of water absorption.In the dry wet cycle test,the sample with a 0.4%modifier content had a relatively low radial shrinkage rate at each cycle,making it less prone to shrinkage problems.Therefore,when the addition amount of polypropylene fiber was 0.4%,it could effectively strengthen the application effect of expansive soil.
