摘 要:针对传统太阳能电池聚合物给体共轭材料只溶于有机溶剂,造成环境污染的问题,提出一种新型绿色溶剂聚合物给体(PT-9/1)的制备,并分别对绿色溶剂聚合物给体和其制备的太阳能电池性能进行研究。试验结果表明,该聚合物给体材料热分解温度超过300℃,在卤素溶剂和非卤溶剂中均具有优异的室温加工性能。制备成太阳能电池活性层器件后,通过绿色溶剂1,2,4-三甲苯(TMB)与1-苯基萘(PN)室温处理加工后,聚合物给体与受体间存在良好的光激发电子转移关系,器件效率达到了富勒烯体系有机太阳能电池报道最高值9.11%;是高性能非卤溶剂加工有机太阳能电池的理想候选材料。In order to solve the problem that the traditional polymer donor conjugated materials are only soluble in organic solvents,which causes environmental pollution,a new green solvent polymer donor(PT-9/1)was prepared,and the properties of the green solvent polymer donor and the prepared solar cells were studied.The experimental results showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer donor material exceeded 300℃,and it had excellent room temperature processing performance in both halogen and non halogen solvents.After the active layer device of solar cell was prepared,it was processed by green solvent 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene(TMB)and 1-phenylnaphthalene(PN)at room temperature,and there was a good photoexcited Electron transfer relationship between the polymer donor and the receptor,and the device efficiency reached the highest reported value of 9.11%for Fullerene Organic solar cell.It is an ideal candidate material for high-performance non halogen solvent processing of Organic solar cells.
