摘  要:为了提升小型履带变轨吊装搬运车用碳纤维复合材料的力学性能,采用不同的阳极氧化工艺对2024铝合金进行了预处理,对比分析了不同阳极氧化工艺下碳纤维复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,弯曲强度从高至低顺序为阳极氧化工艺D、阳极氧化工艺C、阳极氧化工艺B、阳极氧化工艺A;剪切强度从高至低顺序为阳极氧化工艺C、阳极氧化工艺B、阳极氧化工艺D、阳极氧化工艺A;冲击强度从高至低顺序为阳极氧化工艺C、阳极氧化工艺D、阳极氧化工艺B、阳极氧化工艺A。适宜的工艺为阳极氧化工艺C,此时铝合金表面氧化孔均匀、孔径适宜。In order to improve the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites used in small crawler track change lifting truck,2024 aluminum alloy was pretreated by different anodic oxidation processes,and the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites under different anodizing processes were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the order of bending strength from high to low was:anodic oxidation process D>anodic oxidation process C>anodic oxidation process B>anodic oxidation process A,the order of shear strength from high to low was:anodic oxidation process C>anodic oxidation process B>anodic oxidation process D>anodic oxidation process A,and the order of impact strength from high to low was:anodic oxidation process C>anodic oxidation process D>anodic oxidation process B>anodic oxidation process A.The appropriate process was anodic oxidation process C,at this time the oxide pores on the surface of the aluminum alloy were uniform and the pore size was suitable.
