摘 要:为提高建筑工程用材料性能,通过分析不同胶凝材料和骨料级配的最佳配合比,制备了一种超高强混凝土,并基于信息模型进行了工程量统计和三维施工布置。结果表明,当胶凝材料和骨料级配为水泥360 kg/m^(3)、矿粉30 kg/m^(3)、粉煤灰90 kg/m^(3)、硅灰120 kg/m^(3)、砂率为40%时,28 d养护龄期的抗压强度为107.9 MPa。32~40℃自然覆膜养护条件下,有利于混凝土抗压强度稳定;静停3 h后,在195℃、1.2 MPa蒸压条件下养护8 h,再进行标准养护14 d,制备得到混凝土具有较高干燥收缩性能、徐变性能。In order to improve the performance of materials used in construction projects,an ultra-high strength concrete was prepared by analyzing the optimal mix ratio of different cementitious materials and aggregate grada⁃tion.Based on the information model,engineering quantity statistics and three-dimensional construction layout were conducted.The results showed that when cement was 360 kg/m^(3),mineral powder was 30 kg/m^(3),fly ash was 90 kg/m^(3),silica fume was 120 kg/m^(3),and sand content was 40%,the prepared concrete had a compressive strength of 107.9 MPa during the 28 day curing period.Under the natural film covering curing conditions of 32~40℃,it was beneficial for the stability of concrete compressive strength.After standing still for 3 hours,the concrete was cured for 8 hours under 195℃and 1.2 MPa autoclave conditions,followed by 14 days of standard curing,the prepared concrete ex⁃hibited high dry shrinkage and creep properties.
