摘  要:为研究咖啡渣对沥青结合料性能的影响,将咖啡渣和基质沥青按照不同比例进行混合,经高速剪切后获得咖啡渣改性沥青,再对其在不同掺量(0%、2%、4%、6%)下的针入度、软化点、延度等指标进行研究,对比短期老化前后沥青试样三大指标、高温流变性能及低温变形能力。结果表明,与同制备工艺的基质沥青相比,咖啡渣改性沥青延度、软化点、蠕变速率和复数模量增加,针入度和相位角减小,表明咖啡渣改性沥青的高温、低温性能得到改善,车辙因子变化规律表明咖啡渣改性沥青高温性能得到很大改善。To study the influence of coffee grounds on the performance of asphalt binders,coffee grounds and matrix asphalt were mixed in different proportions,and the modified asphalt of coffee grounds was obtained after high-speed shearing,and then the penetration,softening point and ductility of the asphalt samples under different dosages(0%,2%,4%and 6%)were studied,and the three indexes,high-temperature rheological properties and low-temperature deformation ability of asphalt samples before and after short-term aging were compared.The results showed that compared to the base asphalt prepared using the same process,the coffee ground-modified asphalt exhibited increased ductility,softening point,creep rate,and complex modulus,while penetration and phase angle decreased,indicating that the high temperature and low temperature properties of the coffee grounds modified asphalt are improved,and the variation law of rutting factor shows that the high temperature performance of the coffee grounds modified asphalt is greatly improved.
