摘 要:为提高煤层气井用清水压裂支撑剂性能,以铝矾土、钾长石、预处理煤矸石为原材料,煤矸石为添加剂,通过分析不同添加剂质量比和烧结温度,对支撑剂体积密度、视密度、破碎率的影响,制备了一种具有结构稳定、破碎率低的支撑剂。试验结果表明,煤层气井用压裂支撑剂的最佳制备工艺为:预处理煤矸石质量比为30%,钾长石质量比为15%,铝矾土质量比为40%,煤矸石质量比为15%,烧结温度为1170~1210℃。该工艺条件下,制备得到支撑剂体积密度低于1.4 g/cm^(3),视密度低于2.6 g/cm^(3),破碎率低于8%,满足行业标准。To improve the performance of water fracturing proppant for coalbed methane wells,a proppant with stable structure and low crushing rate was prepared by using bauxite,potassium feldspar,and pre treated coal gangue as raw materials and coal gangue as additives.The effects of different additive mass ratios and sintering temperatures on the volume density,apparent density,and crushing rate of the proppant were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the optimal preparation process for fracturing proppant used in coalbed methane wells was as follows:the mass ratio of pre-treated coal gangue was 30%,the mass ratio of potassium feldspar was 15%,the mass ratio of bauxite was 40%,the mass ratio of coal gangue was 15%,and the sintering temperature range was 1170℃~1210℃.Under this process condition,the volume density of the prepared proppant was less than 1.4 g/cm^(3),the apparent density was less than 2.6 g/cm^(3),and the crushing rate was less than 8%,meeting industry standards.
