摘  要:针对风电机组运行过程中存在机械磨损造成机械漏油、传动部位内阻逐步加大、日常维护量增大、发电效率下降等问题,运用金属纳米抗磨自修复技术,主要成分为人工合成羟基硅酸镁,该技术旨在解决机械设备在运行过程中不解体对摩擦副磨损表面进行原位自修复,在摩擦副运动条件形成金属陶瓷改性层,达到使齿轮箱齿面及轴承表面的自我修复、延长机组使用寿命、提高机组平均发电量、控制齿轮箱润滑油及轴承温升等目的。实际使用结果表明,该技术的应用可为企业带来良好的设备维护及增加经济效益,值得大力推广。In view of the problems such as mechanical oil leakage caused by mechanical wear during the operation of wind turbine,gradual increase in internal resistance of transmission parts,increase in daily maintenance,and decrease in power generation efficiency,the metal nano anti-wear self-repair technology was used,which was mainly composed of synthetic magnesium hydroxysilicate.This technology aims to solve the problem of in-situ self-healing of worn surfaces of friction pairs without disassembly of mechanical equipment during operation,and form a cermet modified layer under the movement condition of the friction pair,so as to achieve the purpose of self-repairing the tooth surface and bearing surface of the gearbox,prolonging the service life of the unit,improving the average power generation of the unit,and controlling the temperature rise of the gearbox lubricating oil and bearing.The actual use results indicate that the application of this technology can bring good equipment maintenance and efficiency enhancing economic benefits to enterprises,and is worth vigorously promoting.
