摘 要:CuCrZr合金因卓越的导电性和优良的机械性能,在众多高科技工程领域扮演着重要角色。本文剖析了CuCrZr合金的最新研究进展,特别是微观结构控制与宏观性能优化之间的相互作用。通过热机械处理技术,揭示了晶粒精细化及位错构造调整对于提高合金屈服强度和塑性韧性的显著作用,这些总结分析为材料科学领域增添了新的视角。本文还探讨了新型元素添加对于合金电导率、抗蠕变性能和耐高温性能的积极影响。研究同时指出,准确控制工艺参对于提升CuCrZr系合金材料性能具有特别重要的影响。论文还分析了CuCrZr系合金工业化应用的巨大潜力与面临的挑战,并指出了其在航空航天、电能传输等关键技术领域的应用前景。CuCrZr alloys play an essential role in numerous high-tech engineering fields due to their exceptional electrical conductivity and mechanical properties.This review delved into the latest research on CuCrZr alloys,particularly the interplay between microstructural control and macroscopic performance optimization.Through thermomechanical processing techniques,it was revealed the significant impact of grain refinement and dislocation structure adjustment on enhancing the yield strength and ductility of the alloy,adding new perspectives to the field of materials science.This review also discussed the positive effects of adding novel elements on the alloy's electrical conductivity,creep resistance,and high-temperature performance.Furthermore,this review highlighted the critical importance of precise process parameter control in the enhancement of material properties and provided a profound forecast on the considerable potential and challenges CuCrZr alloys might face in future industrial applications.Overall,the research findings presented in this review laid a solid theoretical foundation for the industrial application of CuCrZr alloys and charted a course for their practical usage in critical technological domains such as aerospace and electric power transmission,indicating a broad application prospect in future markets.
