摘 要:随着电子产业的不断发展,高导热绝缘高分子复合材料由于其不仅能够提升电子元件运行的可靠性,还能够提高电子元件的安全性和使用寿命而备受关注。为了开发高品质的导热绝缘高分子复合材料,本文以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为高分子绝缘材料的基体材料,分别选用粒径为2,10,20,40和70μm的Al_(2)O_(3)作为导热填充材料,并借助开炼机进行塑炼,制备出Al_(2)O_(3)/EPDM导热绝缘复合材料,通过对复合材料的硫化性能、力学性能、导热性能及绝缘性能进行表征,探究了粒径对Al_(2)O_(3)/EPDM复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着Al_(2)O_(3)粒径的增加,复合材料的交联度逐渐减小,导热系数先增加后降低,体积电阻率整体呈下降趋势,且当Al_(2)O_(3)粒径为10μm时,Al_(2)O_(3)/EPDM导热绝缘复合材料的综合性能最佳。With the continuous development of electronics industry,high thermal conductive and insulating polymer composite have attracted much attention because they can not only improve the operational reliability of electronic components,but also improve their safety and service life.In order to develop high-quality thermal conductive and insulating composites,EPDM rubber was used as the matrix material of insulating polymer materials,and Al_(2)O_(3)with particle size of 2,10,20,40 and 70μm were selected as thermal conductivity filling materials,and Al_(2)O_(3)/EPDM insulating and thermal conductive composite was prepared by open mill.The properties of Al_(2)O_(3)/EPDM composites under the particle size of Al_(2)O_(3)were investigated by characterizing the vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,thermal conductive and insulating composites of the composites.The results show that the crosslinking degree of the composite decreases gradually when the particle size of Al_(2)O_(3)increases,the thermal conductivity increases first and then decreases,and the volume resistivity decreases as a whole,and when the particle size of Al_(2)O_(3)is 10μm,the comprehensive performance of Al_(2)O_(3)/EPDM thermal conductive and insulating composites is the best.
