摘  要:目的 通过观察不同频次狂犬病疫苗接种史人群接受复种狂犬病疫苗5针方案后,体内抗体特点,探讨更加优化的复种狂犬病疫苗方案。方法 选取2013年5月—2013年12月在本院接种人狂犬病疫苗的志愿者人群,试验分3组,A组为对照组,既往无狂犬病疫苗接种史的初种人群;B组为仅有1次全程狂犬病疫苗接种史且超过3年的复种人群;C组为有2次全程狂犬病疫苗接种史且超过3年的复种人群。狂犬病毒抗体滴度和阳性率分别应用方差分析和χ^(2)检验进行统计学分析。结果 在本次复种狂犬病疫苗前的当天,C组人群血清狂犬病毒抗体阳性率保持在100.00%,B组人群血清狂犬病毒抗体阳性率为53.33%,A组人群血清狂犬病毒抗体呈阴性,3组人群血清狂犬病毒抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=30.059,P<0.05)。7d时C组人群血清狂犬病毒抗体阳性率均高于B组和A组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.428,P<0.05);45d时3组人群血清狂犬病毒抗体阳性率均达到100.00%,中和抗体滴度差异有统计学意义(F=64.182,P<0.05)。3组人群血清狂犬病毒中和抗体滴度分别为(6.847±2.987)IU/ml、(15.997±3.265)IU/ml、(20.829±3.971)IU/ml。结论 针对不同频次接种史人群有必要探索制定更加优化的复种狂犬病疫苗方案,有助于减少狂犬病疫苗接种的费用。Objective To explore a more optimized rabies vaccine regimen by observing the characteristics of antibodies in populations with different frequencies of rabies vaccination history receiving the re-immunization of 5-dose rabies vaccine regimen.Methods The volunteers who received human rabies vaccine in this hospital from May 2013 to December 2013 were selected.The experiment was divided into three groups:group A was control group,the primary vaccination population with no previous history of rabies vaccination;group B was the revaccination population with only 1 full-course rabies vaccination history and more than 3 years,group C was the revaccination population with only 2 full-course rabies vaccination history and more than 3 years.The antibody titer and positive rate of Rabies virus were statistically analyzed by analysis of variance(ANOVA)and Chi-square test,respectively.Results On the day before this re-immunization with rabies vaccine,the positive rate of serum Rabies virus antibody of group C population remained at 100.00%,the positive rate of serum Rabies virus antibody of group B population was 53.33%,the serum Rabies virus antibody in group A population was negative,and the difference in the positive rate of serum Rabies virus antibody among the three groups population was statistically significant(χ^(2)=30.059,P<0.05).The positive rate of serum Rabies virus antibody of group C population was higher than those of group B and group A on the 7th day,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.428,P<0.05).On the 45th day,the positive rates of serum Rabies virus antibody of all three groups population reached 100.00%,and the difference in neutralizing antibody titer was statistically significant(F=64.182,P<0.05),The neutralizing antibody titers in the three groups population were(6.847±2.987)IU/ml,(15.997±3.265)IU/ml and(20.829±3.971)IU/ml,respectively.Conclusion It is necessary to explore and develop a more optimizedre-immunization regimen of rabies vaccine for populations with different f
