摘 要:目的了解新疆维吾尔自治区生物安全实验室工作人员关于生物安全运输知识的知晓情况和相关运输行为,探索生物安全运输中可能存在问题,并提出针对性整改建议。方法使用问卷星设计调查问卷,利用方便抽样方式,于2023年4月7日和5月19日对230名参加实验室生物安全培训的学员开展现场调查,调查内容包括学员的生物安全运输知识知晓情况、态度和相关运输行为。采用χ^(2)检验、秩和检验和方差分析对数据进行分析。结果调查显示,调查对象生物安全运输总体知晓率为75.28%,知晓情况在单位等级和从事岗位方面,差异有统计学意义(F=3.51,P=0.032;t=-2.67,P=0.008);96.09%的调查对象愿意加强生物安全运输应急处置方面的培训;生物安全运输培训率为27.83%,生物安全应急处置箱携带率为70.45%,调查对象有无接受过培训与是否携带应急处置箱间,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.94,P=0.333)。结论调查对象对于生物安全运输总体知晓情况良好,知晓情况与单位级别和从事岗位有关。调查对象对于生物安全运输应急处置培训的意愿程度高,但处置措施仍有待规范。建议加强生物安全运输应急处置相关培训。调查者有无培训与是否携带应急处置箱无关。Objective To assess the awareness of biosafety transportation knowledge and related practices among staff in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region biosafety laboratories,and to explore potential issues in biosafety transportation,so as to propose targeted corrective measures.Methods On April 7 and May 19,2023,a total of 230 trainees who participated in the laboratory biosafety training were investigated by convenience sampling method using the WJX.cn,an online questionnaire tool.The contents of the survey included the trainees′awareness of knowledge of biosafety transportation,attitudes and related transportation behaviors.χ^(2) test,rank-sum test and analysis of variance were used to analyze the data.Results The survey indicated that the overall awareness rate of the respondents of biosafety transportation was 75.28%,and the difference in awareness were statistically significant in terms of the level of the institution and job position(F=3.51,P=0.032;t=-2.67,P=0.008).Ninety-six point zero-nine percent of the respondents were willing to enhance their training in emergency disposal for biosafety transportation.The training rate of biosafety transportation was 27.83%,and the carrying rate of biosafety emergency disposal boxes was 70.45%.There was no statistically significant difference between whether the respondents had received training and whether they carry emergency disposal boxes(χ^(2)=0.94,P=0.333).Conclusion The overall awareness of biosafety transportation among the respondents is good and is influenced by the level of their institution and job position.There is a strong willingness to receive further training in biosafety transportation emergency disposal,although the disposal measures need further standardization.It is recommended to strengthen training related to biosafety transportation emergency disposal.Whether the respondents have received training is not correlate with their carrying of emergency disposal boxes.
